Activate the physical card

Enter your email and the original password sent to your email. And the download the android version or open in the webpage.

Provide the KYC to activate the card After logging into the app, select ‘Card’ → ‘Apply Now’ → ‘Physical Card’, and then fill out the form.

During the card application, users must provide complete information, including: last name/first name, date of birth, nationality, residential address (at least 11 characters), postal code, phone number, ID type, ID number, issuing country, and validity period. A clear and valid ID photo must also be uploaded.

Common Error Messages

• Residential address is less than 11 characters → Complete a valid address.

• ID is expired or photo is blurry → Upload a clear and valid ID.

• Name does not match ID information → Ensure consistency and resubmit.

Before submitting KYC, you need to enter the authorization code. The system will verify its validity: if the code is valid, you can submit it for pre-review. If the system indicates that the code has already been used, click ‘Get the Authorization Code’ to obtain a new one, then return to enter it and submit for review.

After submitted the KYC, users can return to the 'Card' page and click ‘Application History’ to check the status. Once approved, the card is expected to be issued in approximately 20 working days. If rejected, users need to re-submit the KYC info.
